TIPHER
TIPHER is a non-profit 501(c) 3
organization whose mission is to improve quality of life through
addressing Public Health and Public Education issues. The need perceived
in these areas becomes our opportunity. TIPHER recently collaborated with the
First Presbyterian Church of New Braunfels to complete Phase I of
construction of the Westside Community Center. This center is located in
the most indigent part of New Braunfels. Phase I cost approximately
$753,000 and is completely paid for.
The Church owns the building and
TIPHER
manages it and directs all community programs held there.
TIPHER embarked
upon and completed Phase II of the second floor expansion for it's
programs.
TIPHER
has the following ongoing programs at the WCC:

• Diabetic Education
• The Annual Thanksgiving Feast
• Aging program with
CCST provides a noon meal for low income seniors.
TIPHER
envisions other services for our
elderly citizens including exercise programs, computer literacy classes
